Include in your package the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Some items can not be returned if they are worn or modified. This includes any item that shows any wear on any portion of the item, rings that have been sized, any type of modification to any kind of setting, or any item that has undergone any type of structural or physical change.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in absolutely new condition, you may exchange your item for another item of greater value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Custom made and made to order items are subject to extended shipping timeframes. The estimated time for shipping on custom and made to order items will be assessed within 2- 3 business days from the time of order.

We use G4S International Logistics as a third party insurance provider for items of equal to or greater value than $2,500.00.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the value of your items, weight of your items, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
